1. Passport valid for 3 months beyond stay (issued in last 10 years, 2 blank pages)
2. Completed and signed Schengen visa application form (France-Visas official portal)
3. Two recent passport-size photos (35x45mm, white background, 80% face visible)
4. Proof of accommodation (hotel reservation or invitation letter)
5. Confirmed return ticket or proof of onward travel
6. Travel medical insurance (min EUR 30,000, valid for entire Schengen zone)
7. 6-month bank statement and proof of sufficient funds
8. Detailed travel itinerary (covering purpose/duration/places of stay)
9. Employment letter/student certificate, or proof of business
10. Visa fee payment receipt (approx. EUR 90 for short-term visa in 2025)
11. Book appointment and submit biometrics at VFS Global
