1. Valid Indian passport with minimum 3 months validity beyond intended stay and at least 2 blank pages
2. Completed Schengen visa application form for Malta (available via VFS Global)
3. Two recent passport-size photos (35x45mm, white background, Schengen standards)
4. Confirmed round-trip flight and accommodation bookings in Malta
5. Valid travel medical insurance covering at least €30,000, including repatriation
6. Proof of financial means: Bank statements of last 3 months and recent income tax returns
7. Detailed travel itinerary and purpose of stay documentation
8. Employment certificate, business registration, or student documents, as applicable
9. Visa fee payment receipt: approx. ₹8,000 inclusive of service charges
10. Schedule and attend biometric appointment at nearest VFS Global Visa Application Centre in India
