Disclaimer: We are a private service provider and not affiliated with any government. We assist with visa applications but do not guarantee visa approval. Final visa decisions are made solely by the respective government authorities.

3. Eligibility and Requirements

To use our services, you must:

  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Meet the eligibility requirements of the destination country
  • Possess a valid passport with sufficient validity

5.3 Currency

All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international cards, conversion rates are determined by your bank or payment provider.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Service Fee Refunds

Service fees may be refundable under the following circumstances:

  • Before Submission: 100% refund if application is cancelled before submission to authorities
  • After Submission: 50% refund if application is cancelled after submission but before processing begins
  • During Processing: No refund once processing has begun

6.2 Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Government visa fees
  • Expedited processing fees
  • Bank transaction charges
  • Fees for applications that are rejected due to incorrect information

6.3 Visa Rejections

If your visa application is rejected by the government authorities:

  • Government fees are non-refundable
  • Service fees may be partially refunded based on the stage of processing
  • We will provide the rejection reason if available from authorities

Important: We cannot guarantee visa approval. Refunds are not provided for rejected applications unless the rejection is due to our error.

7. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Travel restrictions or entry denials at borders
  • Changes in visa policies or requirements
  • Delays caused by government processing
  • Incorrect information provided by users

8.2 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total service fees paid for the specific application.

8.3 Indirect Damages

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, travel costs, or accommodation expenses.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Evisawala.com website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
